How many hours did it take to set up the data files for course and user loads?

We have a library asking about how many hours it typically takes for the people on the data end (i.e. people who work with PeopleSoft or Banner) to create the data files for the course and user loads. Please comment here or email me directly at amlyons@atlas-sys.com
