Instructors sharing their reading lists

We've had several sites request that an instructor could view courses taught by someone else and use those lists to clone from and generate their own reading lists. This would be different than the current shared lists functionality in that an instructor could "cherry pick" only the items they wanted versus having to use the entire list.
